Who We Are

Located on the picturesque Earls Barton Recreation Field (The Rec), our 'youth club' is a valuable resource for everyone, of any age, in Earls Barton and the surrounding villages. We run two weekly youth clubs for juniors (age 7 to 11) and seniors (age 12 to 16) and in addition the building is used regularly by the Earls Barton Short Mat Bowling club, the Earls Barton Evergreens, Earls Barton Karate Club, The Dogfather dog training and for Crafty Kids pre-school club. The hall can also be hired for village events and private parties.

Our History

The Youth Club has been at it's current location since 1978 and has grown from strength to strength. We have recently been going through a major upgrade to our facilities which has seen the introduction of a disabled toilet, a re-fit of our kitchen and a new floor in the main hall.

Our Current Work

Our Junior club has been running in it's current form since 2012. It meets every Monday (except the second Monday in every month). We aim to provide a safe environment for the children to learn and have fun. The Senior club has been running for many years, meeting on a Thursday and provides an opportunity for young people to hang out, play sport and take part in events such as our cooking club.

In addition we run a monthly film club on the last Friday of the month where we show a selected movie and serve hot dogs!

Our Future

We intend to continue to position the club at the heart of the community and will continue to upgrade our facilities, upgrade our equipment and continue to strive to provide new and exciting events for our members.
